Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Location: London, E14 (Hybrid Working after Training)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Shifts between Monday – Saturday 8.00am – 10.00pm
Our client is seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join their team as a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients brand, providing exceptional support to Nordic consumers across various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing empathetic and personalised support.
- Handle a wide range of customer enquiries and complaints related to products.
- Effectively communicate with customers in both Swedish and English, both written and verbally.
- Proactively identify customer needs and find creative solutions to their problems.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Native Swedish fluency: Essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably within the food industry.
- Passion for food and a genuine interest in food products.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
