Job Description

French Speaking Customer Service Consultant

Salary: £27,122.50 per annum + Bonus (increase for weekend working)

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid working options after competent)

Hours:   40 hours per week (Weekend availability required)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Our client is seeking talented and enthusiastic French speaking Customer Service professionals to join their team in Ringwood, Hampshire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through various channels to achieve the best from our clients products, providing support information and assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised service.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to influence and close sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
