Customer Service Executive

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Working after probation)

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We’re seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our clients fast-growing company, revolutionising pet healthcare plan management for veterinary practices. Based in a vibrant Bournemouth office, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting customers with their pet healthcare needs by providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from clients.
  • Data Management: Process customer transfers, manage feedback responses, and ensure system alerts are addressed promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming post and update customer information as needed.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally over the phone
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work with various systems
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
