Customer Service Consultant (French & Spanish Speaking Essential)
Salary: £13.25 per hour + Uncapped Commission
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid and Remote working options after competent)
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week (Weekend availability required)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Our client is seeking talented and enthusiastic French & Spanish speaking Travel Agents to join their team in Canary Wharf. You’ll be providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our client’s European clientele.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing enquiries and booking holidays.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experiences.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalised service.
- Stay up-to-date on products, destinations, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Fluent in French, Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to influence and close sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
