Campaign Manager

Salary: £14.90 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Location: Solihull

Hours: 35 ½ hours per week, Monday – Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 2.45pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Campaign Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the clients and telemarketing agents, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of telemarketing campaigns.
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with the Training Department to develop and deliver effective training programs for Telemarketing Agents.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and addressing their needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and support telemarketing agents to achieve their goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance for management and clients.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and telephony systems.
